Yoghurt Flat Bread with Lamb

One of the easiest and freshest meals you can make at camp, get the kids involved too!
For the Yoghurt Flat Bread (Makes 4)
● 2 cups of self-raising flour
● 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
● Pinch of salt
● 1 Can of Deep Elite Beer (To roll your bread!)
For the Lamb
● Lamb fillet or backstrap
● Salt
● Pepper
For the Filling
● Greek Yoghurt
● Rocket
● Cherry tomatoes
● Red onion
● Mint
Instructions
○ Bring all ingredients together in a large bowl
○ Mix until combined
○ Knead on bench
○ Divide into 4 and roll out with your can of beer (No one takes a rolling pin camping!)
○ Pre-heat cast iron pan (over fire or gas, I wont judge!)
○ Cook flat bread until golden on both sides
○ Cook lamb until internal temperature hits 55 deg Celsius, rest!
○ Assemble and enjoy

Ensure to let your lamb rest to lock in the juices and flavour!
