Wildfire Touring started with a simple idea — camp cooking doesn't have to mean the same old meals every weekend.

After more than 15 years as a professional chef, I've combined my passion for cooking with my love of exploring Australia to show that incredible food can be cooked anywhere. Whether you're beside the beach, deep in the bush or camped under the stars, great food should always be part of the adventure.

Every recipe is cooked for real. Every product is designed to solve a problem. Every tip comes from years of experience in professional kitchens and countless nights cooking outdoors.
